The Background

We had created a very complex workflow for a current client Cases By Source, a hard plastic case manfucturer doing multiple 8 figures in annual revenue.

We saw a way to instantly map that workflow onto Carepac, with some simple changes.

Our Strategy

-setup 10 domains and 30 mailboxes and warmup in a tool like instantly.ai

-scrape all google search results of companies that might be even remotely a good fit with clay.com and serper.dev

-use an AI agent (OpenAI 4o Mini API) to then visit every single website 1 by 1 and score it as qualified or not.

-Any companies that were qualified as a high likelihood of being a good fit, we searched their products with AI agents and had AI agents analyze the images of product to make 100% sure they use a product that CarePac manfuctureres, such as a pouch for coffee beans, a pouch for protien powder etc.

-We then enriched all the people at the 100% qualified company and created hyper personalized email showing the research our AI agents did and building a ton of trust.
